4 Soap Combo (16 oz shampoo bottles)

So, the product itself is great. I've been using it for 22 years now. The problem is that the order never even shipped out. It was submitted on September 18th, and its online status still says "Unfulfilled." I emailed their order management team 8 times, I've submitted 4 tickets online, and I even sent 2 messages to their eBay store in hopes that there's a different person in charge of that account, but have gotten replies to none of them. I tried to use their Service Solver tool, and I just get a "404 Error." At this point, I've exhausted all other options to try and get a hold of them, so I'm stuck just leaving a negative review.

It's sad, because I've been doing business with this company since 2004. I love their products, and have had very few issues with them over the years. What few issues I did have were always rectified quickly. However, in the past year or so, the customer service has just gone downhill. I can't afford to drop $70+ and receive nothing but an automated reply in return. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to switch to another (likely inferior) brand. However, it's better to get a substandard dread soap than nothing at at all.

I don't know what's happened to you, DreadHeadHQ. Whether it's health issues, staffing problems, or financial troubles, I hope you sort it out before you lose too many more customers.

Shampoo works great! A little goes a long way because of how good it lathers up.

I love this shampoo, it rinses out easily and completely. I've been using it for years and I bring it with me when I go to my salon.

The 16oz bottles are great, because they have the flip top, where you can squeeze out the right amount! No worries of spilling too much if you drop it!
