Does the kit have everything I need to start dreadlocks? - Dreadlocks FAQ's

Well, almost everything. You also need a hair dryer and a friend, mom or local hair stylist who is willing to help you section and backcomb your hair. Don't crack on mom's helping out, some of the best dreads on our page were done by lucky mothers just like yours. While backcombing is not hard to learn, it is really difficult to do yourself, especially in the back. The more help you can get the better. There should be plenty of room to have 4 people backcombing at once. This will make it go 4x's as fast! Oh, hair clips are handy too for holding hair back away from the hair you are backcombing and movie or two to watch while you're dreading it up is also a great idea!
