Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged.

I've personally received damage products and I know how disappointing it is. Thank you for your patience and the chance to set things right.

Sometimes packages are damaged because seals or tops leak and mess up the package from the inside. Occasionally freezing and exploding can happen in the colder months and sometimes the carrier beats up the package in transit. In any case I want you to know we'll make it right.
