Love the shower caps, not the customer service

I’ve ordered two shower caps on may 17, 2024 and I still haven’t received word on what’s going on and why I haven’t received my shower caps. I’ve reached out via email nearly half a dozen times with no response

Bad customer service

I have not received my order, and I have emailed customer support days ago and have yet received a response back.

This shower cap is the best that I’ve found. It’s got a lot of room for my dreads on the inside which is nice considering the other ones I’ve gotten are too small. I’ve been growing my hair since 2017 and at this point my dreads are halfway down my back.

This cap is awesome nice a big to fit my baby dreads, don’t even have to tie them up first they just tuck on in and because it’s elasticised I can still wash right up to the hairline without wetting my locks.
